The promoter of the company Shri Inder Chand Baid (FCA) has more than 40 years' experience as a practicing Chartered Accountant to his credit as well as in the financial sector.

Shri Manish Baid (A.C.A.) with experience of 14 years in financial sector and Shri Samir Baid (F.C.A.) with experience of 12 years in financial sector are also the Directors of the company.
